The Alvarez gold wedding band is for lovers of geology or natural history. This meteorite and dinosaur bone ring is named after the father and son Alvarez duo who were the first to theorize a meteorite caused the extinction of the dinosaurs.
Our craftsmen and craftswomen carefully hand-place the red dinosaur bone ring inlay between two inlays of authentic black meteorite. We use the oldest known meteorite, Muonionalusta Meteorite to craft this unique band. The black meteorite inlays are striking beside the red of the Agatized Dinosaur Bone, while the gold band adds a timeless element to this prehistoric design.

Authentic Agatized Dinosaur Bone Ring Inlay
We use authentic agatized dinosaur bone fossils found in Utah. This unique form of agatized dinosaur bone is created as minerals in the soil replace the cells of the dinosaur bone. The result is a reddish hue that still resembles the capillary systems of these ancient creatures. The bones are normally stand-alone and not part of a full or even partial skeleton, so it can be very difficult to identify a particular species they come from.
Muonionalusta Meteorite Ring Inlay
The Muonionalusta meteorite, believed to be the oldest known meteorite, struck northern Scandinavia over a million years ago. Discovered in Sweden in 1906, there are only 40 known pieces of this meteorite in existence. When ground, it creates a black dust with shimmering silver iron flecks. To enhance the beauty of our meteorite ring inlays, we add silver flecks to create a stunning design reminiscent of the night sky and the extraterrestrial origin of the meteorite.
Why Buy a 100% Recycled Gold Wedding Band?
Our SCS-certified 100% recycled gold wedding bands use a sustainable form of refined gold that is just as pure and valuable as standard gold but eliminates the negative environmental and social impacts caused by gold mining. This gold wedding band is the perfect way to symbolize your unique love and unity while passing on that love and care to our people, our planet, and future generations.
Whether you choose White Gold for its cool tones, Rose Gold for its rosy hue, or Yellow Gold for its classic look, your one-of-a-kind gold ring will outshine the average big-box jewelry store design any day.
